A couple of Thank You's

 Hello!
I know...2 posts in one day! And not only that, 2 cards in one post!
I have to be super quick as the first card I have made fits into a challenge that ends in 10 mins!

This is made using the sentiment from Oh, Hello and the Framelit from Chalk Talk. The Designer Paper is This 'n That and I finished with some Linen Thread and a couple of Essentials Hardware Clips.

Challenges

Phew! Now that's done, I'll relax a little and tell you about my second card...

Another thank you card, this time using Mosaic Madness and Express Yourself. Quite a simple card, but when I saw the colour combo for the challenge, I just knew it was going to work!

Supplies for both cards
Stamps - Oh, Hello, Mosaic Madness, Express Yourself (Hostess)
Ink - Tangerine Tango, Calypso Coral, Summer Starfruit, Rich Razzleberry, Strawberry Slush, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe
Framelits/Punch - Chalk Talk, Mosaic Punch
Embossing - Chevron EF
Other - Linen Thread, Stamp-a-Majig, Essentials Hardware Clips

We've had a lovely day today at the new Sealife Centre in Manchester. We did have to queue for about an hour, but it was good when we got inside. In fact, the colours used on my second card really remind me of the coral on display!

Have a good evening :)

A Handmade Flower, or Two! (using Mosaic Punch)

Hello!
How are you today?
I have finally got round to entering this week's challenge at Less Is More! The theme is

HANDMADE FLOWERS

I LOVE flowers and using them in one way or another on my cards so I thought I would have a go at something I have been meaning to try...

From the minute I saw the Mosaic punch I just knew it would make fab flowers. And I was right!

I stamped and punch 5 'petals' from the Mosaic Bundle, using Calypso Coral cardstock and Basic Black Ink, and arranged them as above. The centre is another handmade flower using the brilliant Simply Pressed Clay. I have a selection of white clay flowers and buttons just ready to colour using my Stampin' Write Markers...I can match them to any project this way!

The scoring was created using my Simply Scored tool and the paper piercing used the Paper Piercing Essentials pack. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Banners set, cut out using the Bitty Banners Framelits.

Supplies
Cardstock - Whisper White, Calypso Coral
Stamps - Itty Bitty Banners, Mosaic Madness
Ink - Basic Black
Punches/Dies - Bitty Banners Framelits, Mosaic Punch
Tools - Simply Scored, Paper Piercing Essentials Pack
Other - Simply Pressed Clay, Simply Pressed Silicone Moulds, Pearls from stash
Ribbon - Basic Black Taffeta

More Mosaic Madness!

Hello all!
I've had another busy night making cards...got another 2 out of the way....you will get to see them soon, I promise!

For now though, here are the little 4x4in cards I made for my Stampers 6 ladies this month. I only have 4 to show you as 2 of them were packed up before I realised I hadn't photographed them!

I have used the Mosaic Madness stamps and punch again, which you can purchase in a bundle, saving you 15% on buying them separately...bargain! :)

I have used Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron, Melon Mambo and Crumb cake for my card.

I am going to quickly link this card up to Colour Throwdown as it ends in 4 hours...gosh is it almost 1am?? Ouch!

Ok, time for bed!
Night!

Mosaic Madness!

Hello all!
This is going to be a quick post today as it is almost midnight as I type and schedule this post...I have been working on some commission cards tonight, sadly none that I can show just yet.

But here is a couple of very simple little cards I made to pop into a couple of parcels this week...

I used Mosaic Madness stamp set, matching punch and embossing folder. The stamping was done in Strawberry Slush and Pistachio Pudding. I put the punched out shape in a different place on each...

Which do you think looks better?
(I have no idea why the bottom picture is this colour...they're both the same!)

If you would like to order any of the products I have used, or any of the other fabulous new products, please do contact me and I will be very happy to place your order for you.

Please click on the catalogue link on my sidebar to browse the yummy new catalogue, or for £4.95 inc. p&p I can send you your very own copy to drool over and write your wishlist in!

No challenges today, for a change!

Right, have a lovely day and I shall hopefully have something more interesting tomorrow for you!

Just for You

Hello :)
I have a ridiculously super quick card for you this evening!

I have used The Artisan Love stamp and punch bundle, Strawberry Slush ink, Modern Mosaic EF and my Simply Scored tool. Yes it is that simple! And how did I get the embossed panel? Well, in case you missed it when I did it with the Mosaic punch yesterday, here it is again.

Firstly insert your card as shown below, and punch.

Then turn it round and punch again.

And there you have it, all from a 35mm wide strip of card.

Have a fabby evening...see you tomorrow! :)

Hello!

Good morning!
How are you? Glad it's Monday? After the weather we've had this weekend, I think we need a bright and breezy card to cheer us up!

I have used the awesome new Mosaic Madness stamps and punch to match, soon to be available in the new catalogue, as a bundle too! :)

I also used the Modern Mosaic EF for the background. Isn't the embossing so clean and crisp?
The colours are 2 from the new In Colours; Coastal Cabana and Strawberry Slush. I think you'll see me using these a lot as I love them! The sentiment is from the new Happy Day set. As you can see from the picture above, I cut away the edge of my card blank and added the punched shapes to the edge.

Are you wondering how I made this sentiment banner? Well I used the Mosaic punch! How? Well it's easy really...

Simply insert your card as shown below, and punch.

Then remove and turn the paper round again and punch.

Et voila! One label :)
