A Sketchy Christmas Card!

Good morning!
We have another sketch challenge for you at CAS - Colours and Sketches this week, and it is our last challenge before Christmas, so do join us!

Here is our sketch for this week...

I used the sketch to make another Christmas card as I discovered that I needed a couple more, despite having made what feels like hundreds already lol!

I used Winter Frost DSP and a piece of Pool Party cardstock embossed with the Snow Flurry embossing folder.

The sentiment is one of the single stamps currently available and I heat embossed it in Pool Party then Iridescent Ice EP's. It is quite sparkly in real life!

Supplies
Cardstock - Whisper White, Pool Party
Designer Series Paper - Winter Frost
Stamps - Magical Season
Embossing - Pool Party EP, Iridescent Ice EP, Snow Flurry Embossing Folder
Framelits - Chalk Talk
Other - Distressing Tool

If you would like to buy any of the products I have used here, or in any of my projects, please do click through to my online shop using the link on my sidebar.

Don't forget to have a peek at the Clearance Rack via my online shop link...sale items are going fast so hurry before you miss out!

Are you all ready for Christmas? I have a couple of bits to get, and a lot of cards to make, but I'm getting there! I hope you don't have too much stress!

Have a lovely day!

Christmas candle

Hello!
I have something a little different today. Not a card, but still some stamping.

I've decided to show you a candle that I made on Friday morning to add to my craft stall.

I used one of the brand new single Christmas stamps, Magical Season. I stamped it in Cherry Cobbler onto the shiny side of a piece of tissue paper. I then wrapped it round the candle and wrapped some greaseproof paper round that, then heated using my heat gun. The tissue kind of melts into the wax leaving the stamped image beautifully on show.
I finished with some Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding and some gems.

This is just a quick one for today...I shall hopefully be back with something tomorrow! :)
