My Superhero!

I am so late in entering the Less is More challenge this week! Still, better late than never right?

So here is my entry into the Masculine themed challenge...

This is another new set I recently bought...it's super great for kids' cards!

After I stamped the little fella in Baked Brown Sugar, I coloured in his cape and boots in Real Red and Pacific Blue. The sentiment was fussy cut and mounted on Dimensionals and I paper pierced the image panel to give some added interest.

I had my cards placed into a little shop in our new market yesterday! I'm only starting with new baby and christening/baptism card for now, but it's a start and I'm very excited about it! So I shall have to make plenty more now to have on my regular church stall!

Have a lovely Friday...make the most of it with your little ones...back to school next week!

A sketchy kind of a day!

Hey!
It's time for our new challenge at CAS - Colours and Sketches and this week it's a sketch challenge, so here is Karen's sketch...

Now I will be honest...it is a little bit of a different sketch for me to use...I found it slightly difficult to rise to this challenge, but I did and I am not totally unhappy with the result!

I have used some of the brand new products that will be available in the new Spring/Summer catalogue from 28th January....the ribbon and the DSP.

The stamp is from the Hello, Lovely stamp set, stamped in Pacific Point and Summer Starfruit to match the paper.

We'd love to see your creations and don't forget to check out the rest of the DT cards!

Yet another Thank You!

I seem to be making a lot of thank you cards lately...must be the time of year!
I didn't get any crafting done yesterday as I decided to get some much needed gardening done...I really hurt today! But I have just had a bit of a browse and found the challenge at Muse and decided to quickly enter it before I head to work!

I've used the fab chevrons from the Oh, Hello stamp set stamped twice in Real Red and Pacific Point.

The sentiment is from the hostess set, Morning Meadow, and is punch out using the Word Window.

Here is the gorgeous Muse card by Marion Vagg...

Supplies
Cardstock - Pacific Point, Whisper White
Stamps - Oh, Hello, Morning Meadow
Ink - Pacific Point, Real Red
Punch - Word Window

If you would like to purchase any of the products I have used here, please do visit my online store where you will also be entered into this month's Mystery Hostess club for your chance to win this month's hostess freebies!

Alternatively, please feel free to contact me with your order, or any queries you may have.

I am also starting a new Stampers 6 club in December, just in time for Christmas! So if you would like to build your Stampin' Up! stash in an affordable way, whilst still getting hostess benefits, then this is for you!

Gift subscriptions to the club are now also available! You can purchase the 6 month membership for only £150, and I will send you a gift voucher and small gift to give to the recipient, and then all they have to do is send me their £25 order each month! And in one month from the six they will play 'hostess' and receive at least £25 of free products of their choosing!
This really is a gift that keep giving!

What are you up to today? I'm working all day, then if I'm lucky, I may get some crafting done later!
Have a good one! :)

Kindness Matters

Good morning!
Here is the final card I made at Jen's at the weekend...told you I'd made a few! I need a Saturday like that every week lol!

Now this one is somewhat fitting really. On Tuesday morning, I had to put my darling cat Coco to sleep. She was almost 15 and she had end stage renal failure so the kindest thing was to let her go, sad as it was. Poor Keiran was devastated bless him :(

Here is my card...

It's a very simple card, that needs no explanation.

Supplies
Cardstock - Whisper White
Stamps - Kindness Matters
Ink - Melon Mambo, Pacific Point
Other - Paper Piercing Essentials Pack

If you would like to order any of the products I have used, please do contact me and I would be happy to help. Alternatively, you could join my next Stampers 6 club starting in June...see here for more information, and please feel free to ask any questions!

Here is a picture of Coco and Keiran from last summer :)

I love this photo...Keiran was desperately trying to get Coco to look at the camera!

Anyway, work calls...see you tomorrow when I shall be sharing photos of the special book card I made for my friend's Mum's birthday last week! :)

Stamp - Happiest Birthday Wishes (retired hostess)
Ink - Basic Black
Ribbon - Marina Mist Striped Organdy
Edgelits - Adorning Accents

As you probably know by now, it is your last chance to make the most of the Sale-A-Bration promotion, either by getting something free for every £45 you spend, or by choosing £162.50 worth of catalogue items and only paying £99!!! If you want to take advantage of either of these incredible offers, please contact me before 5pm tonight! I really don't want you to miss out!!

As I mentioned earlier, it was Keiran's Easter Parade today at school, and he decorated a 'balloon egg' for it. Here he is with it this morning...

And here he is collecting his runner up prize for it! He got 2nd! (out of 2 lol!)

He was very chuffed bless him!

Anyway, I have some commission orders to get on with so I best get on!

World Treasures

Good morning!
How was your weekend? I am here after a very busy weekend with my market on Saturday and a Stampin' Up! workshop yesterday! The workshop really was fun...there are a couple of pictures at the end of this post.

I have here a card that was totally inspired by the challenge at Colour Q this week. You'll see why shortly!

This stamp set is the one I won from Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine. It's called World Treasures. I inked up the stamp in all different colours using my markers before stamping it.

I did the same with the border. I decided to trim the image to add a little interest, then finished with lots of tiny gems from a nailart kit. The sentiment is Teeny Tiny Sentiments.

Supplies
Cardstock - Whisper White, Summer Starfruit, Tempting Turquoise
Stamps - World Treasures, Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Inks (markers) - Summer Starfuit, Midnight Muse, Tempting Turquoise, Pacific Point

If you would like me to order any Stampin' Up! items from you, please do get in touch! I place an order once a month, which you could add yours to, or for information on joining a Stampers 6 group, please have a look here

Don't forget, the Sale-A-Bration promotion is only available until 22nd March, so to get your freebie with every £45 spend, contact me... don't miss out!

Challenges

Ok, as promised, a couple of picks from the workshop yesterday...

Working on our projects...

With our finished calendars!

After we'd finished crafting, I did the draw for the prize I was offering. This candle...

I also gave a £5 voucher and a pencil wrapped with Designer Series Paper, and of course each guest got to keep the calendar she made!

If you would like to book a workshop, I live in the Bolton area and I would love to come to your home/workplace/craft group and demonstrate the fabulous products! And as the host, you get the chance to earn lots of freebies! Please do get in touch for more information!

Right, I have a large order to post, then to the gym, then more crafting!
Have a lovely Monday!
